We happily (and legally) ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, HI, ID, IA, KS, ME, MD, MA, MN, MO, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OR, PA, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WY. If you don’t see your state listed here – we’re sorry to say, but we don’t have the necessary license at this time.
Wine Trees USA's shipping method is Ground service - the carrier may vary. You will be notified of carrier information along with tracking details by the 3rd business day from when your order was placed.
Wine Trees USA tries to provide only the best quality wines to our customers.
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that was damaged in transit or flawed/corked. If you opt for a refund, we will happily credit you the amount paid for the product plus tax, less any applicable shipping costs. Wine ordered by mistake are not applicable for return. Orders may not be canceled after the wine has shipped. Returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.
