Kon Tiki 2015 Pinot Noir
The color of this wine is a brilliant ruby. On the nose, strawberry and sweet cherry notes blend with a subtle earthiness. Berries burst forth on the palate followed by additional cherry and earth notes and a hint of spice on the finish. Smooth and balanced, this wine is easy to drink on its own or with a variety of light dishes.
FOOD PAIRING: Drunken goat cheese on fresh baguette with dried figs.
WINEMAKING: Grapes were fermented at 25°C with a total maceration for 18 hours.
