Kon Tiki 2015 Sauvignon Blanc
This wine appears as a fresh, pale gold color with a hint of green. A blend of lemon and key lime aromas creates a fresh nose. On the palate, peach, lemon, and lime are followed by a zing of grapefruit and a touch of white pepper for an all-in-all fresh and zesty Sauvignon Blanc.
VINEYARDS: Valle Central is a paradise nestled between the Andes and the rugged coast of the Pacific Ocean. At approximately 1300 feet above sea level, in the middle of Valle Central, sits the sub-region of Curicó Valley. Here, a Mediterranean climate provides long days of sunshine during the growing season. A granite sand soil is found throughout the vineyards, where vines average an age of 10-13 years.
